Shipping
In normal conditions your order will be dispatched in a week. If any delay is expected the client will be notified.
The payment can be made by Paypal or money transfer. Only for Portuguese orders the payment can also be made by C.O.D. (cash on delivery) for orders up to 150€.
The payment has to be made in euros.
The orders will be sent in a package without any publicity and the sender will be Rita Sousa or Nuno Santos at the client’s choice.
Orders outside EU may be charged taxes, duties, and customes fees. This taxes, duties, and customes fees are the customer's responsibility.
Gulodice.com Sex Shop is not responsible for any taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed upon shipments to other countries.
For Portugal the sipping costs will be 2€ to all orders paid by money transfer or Paypal and 4€ to COD orders. For orders of 150€ or above the postage will be free.
International orders to European Union will pay 12€ for the postage and orders to the rest of the world the will be charged 20€ for the shipping costs. After dispatched, orders will take 3 business days to arrive at European Union destinations and 5 business days to arrive at the rest of the world.
Transit time may be larger due to the costumes of your country, please inform yourself before placing an order.
Returns
If the original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 15 days from arrival of the merchandise. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept any return of opened novelty or lingerie items. The only exception is faulty products.
